Billy’s Bike Shop Update on May 20, 2020

We currently have modified our store hours.

• Billy’s Bike Shop – 1509 Periwinkle Way
  Monday through Saturday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
• Billy’s Rentals Main – 1470 Periwinkle Way
  7 days a week 8:30 am – 5:00 pm* for daily rentals. *Subject to change

Staff and customers must abide by recommended CDC social distancing regulations,
In-store shoppers and all staff members are required to wear face masks and practice social distancing.
To accommodate this, store access is regulated by staff and you may have a short wait to enter. 

Mechanics are on hand for in-store bike repairs in addition to home pick-up and delivery. 

Appointments are also available for service, rentals, and sales.

As of April 3rd 2020

Billy’s Rentals locations  are closed to the public and will not be accepting online reservations for rentals needed before May 4^th.

We are staying optimistic but  may need to adjust the reservation date as future conditions require.

Please contact us by phone or email with any questions, cancelation refunds or updated information…or just to let us know you are missing Sanibel’s great shared use paths!  

Billy’s Rentals will have extremely limited staff in the office from 9 am – 11pm EST.  If we miss your call, be sure to leave a message, we will contact you. 239-472-5248

To limit large gatherings of people at our rental locations at 1470 Periwinkle Way, and 2437 Periwinkle Way, we will be closed to walk-in customers as of March 18, 2020.
Billy’s Rentals will continue to take rental reservations of 3 days or longer by phone or internet only.
We will fulfill reservations by delivery and pick up only.
Grips and saddles will be sanitized at the time of delivery to your condo, hotel or home.  

Hourly or less than 3-day rentals will not be available until future notice.

With these restrictions in place, it is our hope to keep everyone as healthy as possible, allow some staff to keep working and keep available some of the activities our visitors enjoy on their island vacation.

Billy’s Bike Shop, our retail bike and repair store at 1509 Periwinkle Way will be open daily thru this Saturday 8:30 -5 and Sunday 8:30 until noon. The shop will be open by appointment only beginning Monday, March 23. We will assess the needs of our community and will continue repairs and bike sales by appointment, with pick-up and delivery for repairs available. More information to follow next week.
