Additional parts: Parts and accessories must be installed by Billy’s Bike Shop staff, the customer is responsible for any damages from installations not done by employees.
Charges/Refunds: When making reservations online your credit card is held for reservation purposes only and will only be charged if the customer does not follow cancellation terms.
We require a minimum of 48-hour notice of cancellation for a complete refund. Cancelations, less than 24 hours, or NO CALL NO SHOW could be charged up to 2 days of the rental price.

Checking In: The customer must bring a photo ID, and Credit Card to complete payment when checking in for your rental or tour.
Rentals Times: Items must be picked up and returned by the customer, between the hours of 8:30 am and no later than 4:30 pm on specified dates.
For Deliveries: Customer MUST stop at Billy’s bike shop for fitting, adding accessories, signing additional paperwork before delivery will be scheduled.
The customer must be present for all deliveries and return pickup.
IF CUSTOMER IS NOT PRESENT DURING DELIVERY CUSTOMER WILL NEED TO PAY ADDITIONAL TO RESCHEDULE DELIVERY.
LIABILITY: The customer will responsible for any damage to property due to neglect, weather, wildlife, or abandonment of rental property.
